LOCATION:

The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position in the middle of a placid 1500 square meter olive grove about just 1 km from the beach.

Manerba faces a splendid view of the lake that washes with its clear waters many kilometres of sunny beaches, wonderful coves , active small harbours and superb cliffs that offermagnificent views. From the Rock of Manerba one dominates the whole lake.

Manrba on Lake Garda is situated right in the midst of the Valtenesi. Embraced by luxuriant hills, rich of wine-growing traditions it's ticled by the scent of lemons and olives.



DESCRIPTION:

The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position in the middle of a placid 1500 square meter olive grove about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public.

The Residence includes restaurant (open from May to September) and bar with lake view terrace and a private parking lot unguarded. Guests can select optionally breakfast.

All the apartments are with Sat TV, heating and a safe. There is a livingroom with pull-out beds for 2 persons, kitchen, lake view terrace or balcony, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC and Air conditioning. Free internet.

HOW TO REACH US

BY CAR:

From A4 motorway take Desenzano exit. Keep to this road following the signs for Padenghe del Garda, Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda.
When you arrive at the double roundabout for Manerba del Garda
At the first roundabout take the right exit.
At the second roundabout take the second right exit.
In 200 mt. you will come to a fork, take the right fork onto November IV street.
Follow this to the end going straight on at the roundabout.
At the T-junction turn left onto Via D'Annunzio.
At the second T-junction turn left again onto Via Marchesini.
This takes you to the Piazza San Bernardo Where you turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto.
After 500 mt. Bellavista Residence is on the right hand side. You have arrived.

Please note!!: the road in front of the residence is closed because of a market every Friday from 07:00 – 14:00. In July and August, every Tuesday, the road is also closed because of the evening market, with live music, from 17:00 – 24:00. For Friday departures there is parking near the residence.

BY TRAIN:

Arrival Railway station - Desenzano del Garda (distance 30 km).

BY BUS:

Nearest Bus Stop in Manerba is called Montinelle (distance 100 Mt.)
