Q:Do you provide linen and towels ?

A:Yes, one set per person.

Q:Do You require a deposit caution?

A:Clients will leave a bond (caution money) on their arrival and it will be given back on their departure.

Q:Is the price per apartment or per person?

A:Per apartment per week.

Q:Is breakfast included in the price?

A:No.

Q:Is heating included in the price?

A:Yes.

Q:Are there any extra costs?

A:When they arrive, people have to pay an additional cost for electricity, running water etc. Besides clients will leave a bond (caution money) on their arrival and it will be given back on their departure.

Q:Which languages are spoken at the reception?

A:Italian, English.

Q:Is it forbidden to smoke in the apartments?

A:No.

Q:Is there a TV in the apartment?

A:Yes.

Q:Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the apartment?

A:No.

A:From the Circumvesuviana station at Sorrento trains connect Naples - Herculaneum - Pompeii - Castellammare di Stabia - Sorrento

Q:Are pets welcome?

A:It depends on the type of apartment. Please ask info when You reserve.

Q:Do You arrange local excursions?

A:Yes, on request.

Q:At what time can we check-in and out?

A:Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 except previous agreement. Check-out: within 10:00 of the departure day except previous agreement
