This lodging is ideal for tourists looking for a modern and refined lodging in a quiet place and at the same time right in the center of Sorrento. It was furnished tastefully with antiques. It is located on the ground floor (with private entrance) of a modern building. The location of the lodging makes public transport easily accessible (railway station, port, bus-stop) and so reach the most popular tourist attractions (Positano, Amalfi, Naples, Capri, Pompeii and so on). This lodging has also a wide terrace/garden furnished and lit.

Parco Verde lodging sleeps up to 4 people, 45 sq. m. (53 square yards), located in the Sorrento centre. It is a modern and refined house situated in a quiet area on the ground floor (with private entrance) of a modern building. It was renewed at the beginning of 2002 and was furnished tastefully with antiques.

Guests of the lodging, will have free access to the parking area of the condominium, and can park for free. Normally in any Italian condominium the lodgings of the condominium haven’t their own parking places, but there is a common space for any owner of those houses. In the most part of the cases, on entering the park, one takes the first free space: but it isn’t guaranteed. Once the car is parked it is advisable to leave it there and to reach the nearby touristic attractions on public transport (train, bus): the train station is 500 m. (546 yards) away. A secure pay car park is available at approximately 500 m. (546 yards).

Parco Verde lodging is indeed a special place to spend a vacation in Sorrento: the building is placed in a very quiet area, away from the main street and the noice of the traffic, but at the same time right in the centre of Sorrento.

This lodging is equipped with air conditioning.

On entering the lodging through an independent entrance: there is a nice courtyard equipped with a light, a table and chairs ideal for a nice dinner in the open air in the evening.

From the main door the access leads directly into the wide living room, composed of sitting area and dining area. Tall windows open on the private courtyard of the house to make the room particularly luminous. The furniture is modern and practical, but there are also pieces of antiques. In this room there is a double sofa-bed, a writing-table with the chair and a lamp. In the living-room there is also a dining-area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is small, but very modern. It is equipped with two ringed cooker and a fridge-freezer.

There is one bedroom: it has a double bed. Plenty of light enters the bedroom through the wide glass wall open on the private courtyard of the house. The bed is surrounded by two bedside tables. In the same room guests can find also a beautiful wardrobe.

Close to the double bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower. The lodgings floor is terracotta tiles.

A short walk from the apartment are some of the most ancient and enchanting places of Sorrento, including the Cathedral, the Cloister of San Francesco, the Villa Comunale with its garden overhanging the sea and the enchanting panorama of the Gulf of Naples, spannong from Procida to Vesuvius. One can also walk along the luxurious main street (Corso Italia) or discover the colourful side streets of the town's historic center, discovering a wealth of luxury goods and various local handcrafts.

The location of the lodging makes access to public transport easy (railway station, port, bus-stop) in order to reach the most popular tourist attractions of the Sorrento area.

HOW TO REACH SORRENTO

FROM ROME BY CAR:

From Rome take the \"A1\" south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the \"A3\" Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento.

FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. From the main station there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only on week days) the “Marozzi” bus leaves from Tiburtina train station at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99).

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:

From Naples Capodichino Airport follow the A/3 Naples-Salerno, in the salerno direction, exit at Castellammare di Stabia; once in Castellammare di Stabia follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento which is about 48 kms away from Naples.

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:

From Naples airport you can take a taxi or bus to the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main train station board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day. In alternative, from Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus “Curreri”, that takes you directly to Sorrento; it departs at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
