LOCATION:
Lauro House is a refined apartment situated on the main street of Sorrento centre (Corso Italia), near the train station the port which enable tourists of this apartment to reach easily the other places of the area such as Positano, Amalfi, Naples, Capri, Pompeii and so on. Lauro House is on the 5° floor of a contemporary building near the main square of Sorrento town (Tasso square). From the rear terrace of Lauro House it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sea view while the front terrace faces the green hills surrounding Sorrento.

Three-room apartment of 90 m2, sleeps 4+2, composed of:wide living-room with sofa-bed for 2 people, TV and dining-table, kitchen with breakfast counter (fridge, dishwasher), a double room with sea-view and with toilet closet, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, a wide terrace lit and furnished with tables and chairs, another wide terrace with a nice sea-view in the distance.

Lauro apartment is a refined house of roughly 90 sq. m. (970 square feet). It is located along the main street of Sorrrento centre (Corso Italia) and near the main square of Sorrento town (Tasso square), on the top floor of a five-storied building (with elevator), in front of the train station and near the port. The ideal location of this apartment enables its guests to reach easily the other places of the area such as Positano, Amalfi, Naples, Capri, Pompeii and so on. At the same time Casa Lauro is close to the beach. From the rear terrace of this apartment (see the photo n° 6) it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sea view while the front terrace faces the green hills surrounding Sorrento

A secure pay car park is available at approximately 350 m. (380 yards) from the dwelling.
DESCRIPTION:
This three-room apartment , sleeps 4+1, is composed of: large living-room with sofa-bed and TV, dining-table, large kitchen with breakfast counter (fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher), a double room with sea-view and with WC, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, a wide terrace lit and furnished with table and chairs with the view of the main street and of the hills surrounding Sorrento, another wide terrace with a nice sea-view in the distance.
Lauro Apartment is provided with modern and comfortable furniture. In addition the floor of the living-room and of the kitchen is decorated with hand-painted tiles from Vietri whilst the floor of the bedrooms is in wood, which makes those rooms particularly warm and welcoming.
From the the main door the access leads directly into the living-room (see the photo n° 2), which is very bright and wide. The furniture is modern and practical. In this room there is double sofa-bed, two comfortable armchairs and a bookshelf holding the TV. In the living-room there is also a dining-area with table and chairs.
The kitchen (photo n° 3) is very modern, large an bright. It is equipped with a round table with chairs and plenty of comforts such as a cooker with electric burners and a microwave oven, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, radio. In the kitchen a glass wall lets plenty of light in and at the same time it is possible to go out on the nearby terrace and enjoy a splendid sea-view: the terrace is large enough to host some chairs to enjoy the nice landscape. This terrace joins with one of the two bedrooms.
The other terrace (see photo n° 6), whose access is from the living-room and from one of the two bedrooms, is very large, lit and equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a nice dinner at sunset or in the cool evening. This terrace faces the green hills surronding Sorrento and overlooks the main street of the town, Corso Italia.
The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms. The first (photo n°4) is a double-room in classic style furniture with an ensuite bathroom and a glass door to enter the nearby terrace with a beautiful sea-view (photo n° 1). The bed is decorated with a precious wrought iron headboard and with two bedside tables. In the same room guests can find also an antique chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The floor is in wood.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with washing machine, wc, bidet and wash basin.
The other bedroom (photo n° 5) is decorated in classic style too, and it has two single beds with two bedside tables and a large and spacious wardrobe. From this bedroom guests can enter the other terrace facing the green hills of Sorrento and overlooking the main street of the town, Corso Italia.
The second bathroom is quite large and it is equipped with bathtub with shower head.

HOW TO REACH SORRENTO
FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome take the \"A1\" south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the \"A3\" Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento.
FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome.
From the main station there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours).
In alternative, (only on week days) the “Marozzi” bus leaves from Tiburtina train station at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99).
FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino Airport follow the A/3 Naples-Salerno, in the salerno direction, exit at Castellammare di Stabia; once in Castellammare di Stabia follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento which is about 48 kms away from Naples.
FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:
From Naples airport you can take a taxi or bus to the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi.
At the main train station board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day.
In alternative, from Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus “Curreri”, that takes you directly to Sorrento; it departs at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
