LOCATION:

Armida apartment was completely renovated in the year 2006 and furnished elegantly with antiques. It is located in the center of Sorrento, on the main road Corso Italia near Piazza Tasso, the main square in Sorrento. This typical Sorrento apartment is embellished with vaulted ceilings and with majolica floors. It is on the first floor of an ancient mansion dating back to the XIX century and placed near the ruins of a Roman aqueduct.

DESCRIPTION:

Two-room apartment of 50 sq. m, sleeps 4, with indipendent entrance composed of: large living-room with sopha-bed (sleeps 2), kitchen-corner, large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, two balconies with the view of Piazza Tasso (main square).

AMENITIES:

Air conditioning/Heating -Tv - Safe - Banks ,restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are in the surroundings – Post office and train station are at 100 m- Beaches and the port are at 400 m. – Tennis courts are at 500 m – A pay Car park is at 200 m.

HOW TO REACH SORRENTO

FROM ROME BY CAR:

From Rome take the \"A1\" south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the \"A3\" Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento.

FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. From the main station there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only on week days) the “Marozzi” bus leaves from Tiburtina train station at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99).

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:

From Naples Capodichino Airport follow the A/3 Naples-Salerno, in the salerno direction, exit at Castellammare di Stabia; once in Castellammare di Stabia follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento which is about 48 kms away from Naples.

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:

From Naples airport you can take a taxi or bus to the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main train station board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day. In alternative, from Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus “Curreri”, that takes you directly to Sorrento; it departs at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
