LOCATION:

Villa del Pino is situated in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, on the road joining Sorrento and Positano.

DESCRIPTION:

Villa del Pino is situated in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, on the road joining Sorrento and Positano. It is located on a private road which means it is found in a particularly quiet area. It is in perfect state of maintenance, has a pool (long 6 mt ; large 5 mt; 2 mt deep) surrounded by a garden of about 1000 m2 from which a breath- taking panorama of Positano can be enjoyed. The apartment B is composed by: one room with double-bed (in this room one single bed can be added), One bedroom with twin bed,One kitchen, Two bathroom (with shower), one double sofa bed in the living room, Terrace with table, Satellite Tv (all over the world channel),Wash machine

A house-guards is available on the premises for welcoming purposes, assistance and maintenance. A short 5 minute car or bus journey is needed to reach the sea, given the characteristically high location of Piano di Sorrento (Sorrento Plain) from sea level.

HOW TO REACH US

When coming from the North, take the highway for Naples and take the Naples tollgate exit, without taking the exit for Salerno . Continue going straight, avoiding driving through the city, and take the Naples-Pompei-Salerno road. If you are coming from the South take the Naples-Pompei-Salerno highway in the opposite direction. In both cases you must take the exit for Castellammare di Stabia and continue straight onto the elevated road that bring you to the coast, avoiding passing through the centre of Castellamare and the centre of Vico Equense.

Once you’ve arrived in Sorrento continue straight and before going to the plain of Sorrento, take the road for Amalfi, which is found on the left. Continue uphill until an intersection of three roads; one road is the one from which we are arriving, one goes downhill towards Positano and Amalfi and another, on the right is the one that goes up towards S.Agata dei due Golfi. At this intersection, on the left there is an inn (to Luisona) and on the right there is a restaurant (Il Convento) , in front there is a clothing store. Beside this restaurant there is an entrance gate to a private road called Parco Belvedere. Villa del Pino can be reached following the road for about a hundred metres until the end of the road.

In case of arrivals after 8:00 p.m. and within 12:00 p.m. 30€ will be paid in addition. The Check out is from 07.30 am to 10.00 am. In case of Check out before 07.30 am 50 € will be paid in addition.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to days: 45 of your arrival, you will be returned the total sum you paid, except for the bank transfer expenses

Particular animal categories that won’t bring annoyances to the incontrovertible manager’s judgment are allowed. In case of allowance, anyway, there will be an increase of 30€/week of the rent price for additional cleaning that would get 60€/week in case of annoyances.
